Terrible service tonight. I called in an order and was told 30 minutes until it would be ready. My husband got there to pick it up 30 minutes later and it hadn't even been put in the oven!!! He had to STAND there and wait another 30 minutes for our food because the guy at the register said it would only be 10 minutes until our food came out. When he finally got our food home his fries were cold and my sub had grease soaked all the way through the bread from sitting for so long. I used to love this restaurant, but I believe there are new people running it now and they are doing a TERRIBLE job! We won't be back.
