Bidrage med feedbackGirlfriend is coeliac, so going away first thing we do is find gluten free places for her to eat. My god, did she love this place. She had her gluten free fresh fruit waffle, I had my normal waffle with cherries. She finished hers then asked if we could share a gluten free pancake! A very happy, but now feeling sickly, girlfriend!
Bottom line: awesome hidden gem for celiac in Bruges. Gluten line: tons of options! Long line: tons of treats for all the celiacs other there, and regular for those of us who don't. Wifey (celiac) loved her gluten free meal while I enjoyed my glutinous beer.
Tea was delicious and it's served with two small pieces of cake. The carrot cake I had was delicious. I ordered a Belgian Waffle with sugar and butter. The waffle was fantastic, with great consistency and fluffiness (i don't like the dense waffles . They provided an optional candied syrup. It's caramelizad flavor was unlike anything I've ever tasted and quite nice. Will highly recommend.
Gluten free waffles! Need I say anything more. But in all seriousness, it’s one of the only places — if not the only — in Bruges where you can find a gluten free breakfast menu. The Belgian chocolate-flavoured tea is also a must-try!
Veggie omlette was amazing! The Belgium waffle was cooked perfectly. The waiter was really nice and a lot of fun. Great little brunch place to stop in.
