Give this place a 5 5 for a tourist area. quite outside the water. service was good. a little over price, but the muddles the cook choice, ridden and brot are really good. large portion they can easily share.

I'm glad I didn't look at reviews before I stumbled upon this place randomly. The food was good! Tomato with North Sea Shrimps It was a whole tomato filled with a bunch of tiny shrimp surrounded by egg and lettuce. Not sure if I would order this again, but it was interesting. Scampi's in Garlic Butter with Mixed Salad Chips This was absolutely delicious! I was expecting pasta with it, but it was so flavorful, I didn't mind. Mussels Chips of the Chef Plentiful and tasty. Both the mussels and fries were great. Don't let the reviews deter you from trying this place out!

Fantastic beef stew. Beef very tender in a delicious gravy. Good portion of fish and chips. Attentive waiting staff.

Service was ok, friendly but food took ages. Good wine by the glass. Loved the table where I sat because it faced the canal. It had a cozy outdoor terrace. Mussels et frites were tasty but could improve. Prices were high for the quality. Overall, a decent place to sit and relax in front of the canal but maybe just to grab some drinks.

The view is the view printed on the place mat. The food was rich and tasted good, fine beer. The “fish stew” was excellent.
