McDonald's - Thunder Bay

My Big Mac was missing part of its bun. Not sure why it was missing but maybe they should take some pride in the product they serve. Due to the condition of my burger I just disposed of it. Someone seen this while they were packaging it, and still sent it out. I took a picture but unable to post it.

Vegetarians not have enough options but other than that, you can have delights served at your table. The bience is good and it's enjoyable for kids, adults and seniors all the same.Vegetarian options: French Fries

I will not be returning to this restaurant because the old lady working there is not friendly towards children. My son, who is 3 years old, gets excited when we come here, but she continues to make ignorant remarks about kids. This is not the first time I have witnessed this behavior and it is disappointing.

Typical fast food. Fries are always either cold or as hot as the sun. Drive-through always tells you to pull over and they eventually bring the food to your car. Pleasant service.

If I could give zero stars I would the customer service was absolutely horrendous. They didn't open the door by hand, there was no carpet put down for my and worst of all they didn't kiss my feet and call me your majesty worst McDonald's I've ever indulged in do not recommend!!!!!
