Firehouse Subs Grant St - Thornton

We actually came to this place that intended to go to another restaurant, but the outside of Firehouse Subs tried to change our minds and try it out. First timer to Firehouse Subs we had no idea what to expect. Fantastic decor, attentive, friendly and hard staff. The best subs we had at the age! Our order was made to perfection and so tasty we make Firehouse our new regular place for our sub sandwich guests!

We took a short bite here before we went to the marching band competition in the Adams 12 stadium. Friendly staff, fast service, delicious subs. Always a bonus if the soda machine has Flavor 13.

There were 3 girls and 2 guys who worked and they talked very loudly that they didn't know what sandwiches they made and said they were confused again and then abandoned the wrong ingredients and later taken out. I ordered to go and I guess it could be mine or the next, but very with professionalism even if people have allergies and they? the wrong ingredients in the sandwiches. Also one was very rude while I checked whether my order was completely waiting after 20 minutes.

I am very pleased with the customer service at this location. We came to lunch and my son dropped his sandwich on the floor. The staff was generous enough to quickly replace it for us. All were friendly and the subs were delicious

You will not be disappointed with the honey back ranch sub. Fire house is one of the best sandwiches places. I would go more if it was a little more cheaper. So for now it?s once in a while. This location was great. Staff was friendly and had my mobile order ready to go. I was a little sketched out by my order just sitting on a stand by the door where other people could touch my bag, by being confused on which is theirs. Other then that I?d still go here again.
