Chick-fil-a - Thornton

This box Fil A is very dirty. The playground was closed, used for storage. Only had 1 track open though they closed it a year ago for the whole summer to renovate it. They gave us no tablet for our din. We had ordered a milkshake and had to wait for it. Then we had to wait about 20 minutes for a Coke. A COKE! Others also had problems with the service. When I finally got the coke, there wasn't the normal amount of syrup. Another time I was here and we ordered 2 Pommes and 1 coke, but they gave us 2 coke and 1 fr. They didn't let us trade the Pommes for a coke. So we had to pay for another Fry. Overall this Chick Fil A is not a good location.

This Concord restaurant is right next to the Hampton Inn, making it comfortable for golf. It is easy to reach from Route One. The grilled chicken sandwiches reminded me of Buffalo Joes in Costa Rica.

I always love a good Chick-fil-A packaging!!! I went to lunch with my mother!!! We had a great time together. It was quite busy Cuz we went during lunch!!! My pack and pommes were delicious and I will always enjoy their cookies and cream milkshake!!! The staff was very nice!! I highly recommend, but just don't go to lunchtime

Salad missing salad dressing and offers missing sauce. Order this 3 weeks ago and went to the open order. Not able to enjoy meal dry!! Call manager and was told she would deliver another salad if we came back to my phone number. She came back today. This chic fil a has not as promised!! Today talked to Tom and was frustrated that they NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR mistakes or order. I had previous manager job and she saw the mistake, but now they didn't do as promised.

Came in hungry and were satisfied with the Fast service and the clean restaurant . Love the drive through option too, the guys behind the counter were friendly and helpful. Always love me a good first impression. We will be back again .
