Wimpy's Diner - Thornhill

The server ignored us after delivery of our order, Omelettes. She poured coffee and didn't come back. She had forgotten my side of Speck. I couldn't pay attention to her. I wanted a coffee refill and she didn't come back, so I got up and... cleaned myself. She came and said to wait next time. I asked about the bacon. then we finished our Omelettes, not a bacon yet. finally it came to the end. she came with the coffee pot and there was another quarter cup in the pot. She poured the quarter cup, why still? was calculated for the bacon. whole breakfast costs 40,00! will not be back. Spouses and I are big, the table was low, couldn't get our legs under easy, spouse had his feet for this reason put them on him and told him to move them under the table. all in all, a lousy experience with much comic potential.

Breakfast is by far the best here. Portions are excellent. Service is great and you always have a complete cup of coffee.

My daughter had the Pea Meal Benedict while I had scattered eggs. Excellent domestic frits. But the eggs were a standout. Also good Pea Meal Bacon. These are people from the USA who must try. The service was good, but it was a challenge to find our waitress to pay the check. That was the only downer. Next time it will be Eggsmart for breakfast. But I want to try Wimpy's lunch. Recommended!

This diner serves delicious food in a reasonably clean environment. Their breakfast of bacon and eggs is a standout. It's the only place in the area where you can get such comforting comfort food.
