I made a reservation over the phone after calling the owner 3 times. I am H- 15 minutes from the time of my reservation, the restaurant is closed for holidays... It's not for lack of having asked beforehand... I'm disgusted! Thank you for warning me and thank you for introducing my Japanese friend to Savoyard specialties! What professionalism! To follow up on the response in the comments, I had clarified and asked by telephone if it was the Thonon restaurant and I was told that yes, it was indeed this one.
