Subway - Thomasville

Refused to put extra meat on sandwich. Other locations have no issues doing this with a slight up charge. Owner talks down to customers like they are stupid, at least when I was there she was. They used to give a of profits 1 day a month to the local elementary school it was discovered they were giving the money designated for the elementary school to a different school! They refused to allow chocolate milk to be gotten with a kids meal. There was chocolate milk in the cooler but they refused to give I with the kids meal, since my daughter does not like white milk we asked for lemonade. That also was refused. We had to get white milk which we did not drink. I bought a separate drink for my daughter. I will NEVER go back to this Subway ever again. I will drive to Denton to that Subway, they are polite to customers and appreciate their business there! I heard from employees in Denton that I am not the only one that feels that way. Also HATE having to walk through employees right outside the front door smoking.

I stop by here often. The place is always clean, my order is always correct and the employees are friendly. I highly recommend this subway.

Today I stopped by here for lunch, this location is much cleaner and organized than most others I visited (and will not visit again and most of everything looked truly fresh. So I went ahead and ordered. The young lady that prepared my sandwich wasfriendly and put my sandwich together NEATLY! Subway (some has a huge problem slapping sandwiches together and giving you thelast crusty pieces of lettuce or whatever sitting in the bin for the last 8 hours, which is why I refrain from ordering online.Here, I noticed the last slices of cheese and cucumbers left in the bin were...well..didn't appear that great...no biggie...Ijust nicely asked the young lady to please go to the back and get some fresh cheese and I asked for better cucumbers. She did sowith kindness and I in turn left her a tip for her great customer service. Usually the host name is on the receipt but it is notand I did not catch her name but nonetheless I wanted to make sure she got a good review. When someone does a good job theydeserve to be recognized. You know who you are : Thanks again, my sandwich was delicious.

Edit: I've decided to drop a star from my previous review. I went in today and ordered a tuna melt with provolone. A tuna melt typically comes with extra cheese and is placed in a paper bag before being put in the oven to melt without toasting it. However, the employee not only failed to give me extra cheese but also used American cheese instead. To make matters worse, she put it in the toaster like a regular toasted sub. When I asked about it, she implied that I needed to order it with all the peppers and onions to have it prepared that way, which is confusing since I’ve never had to do that before. Additionally, the area behind the counter was quite messy, with ingredients spilled into other containers and all over the counter.

I ordered a turkey sub tonight, and the gentleman working, whose name I believe is Jason, was doing an excellent job. He was the only one on duty, managing a steady stream of customers while multitasking effectively. Despite the busy atmosphere, he maintained a positive attitude throughout. This guy definitely deserves a raise! I wholeheartedly recommend him—100,000 times over!
