This place is amazing. We celebrated a birthday and the owner help with the hosting. Over expected customer service, and each dish was just tasty, if you want to have the taste of an authentic Italian food this is the place!Kid-friendliness: Our kids were treated with respect and the food for them was perfect!

I tried this place for its Italian cucuna trying to delight each of its dishes that I ordered but it was not to my complete satisfaction.The restaurant has a calm atmosphere where you can take your partner and also enjoy some wines.I will start by giving my opinion about their wines, they have a good selection of red wines, which are the ones I like, such as Cabernet or Malbecs, and above all at a very good price.The only bad thing I consider is that whatever I ordered, they brought it to me at a very high temperature above 80 degrees that I immediately asked for a tray to cool it down a little and thus enjoy it as it is. I could have returned it but I settled for cooling it myself.They did not have it at an ambient temperature of less than 70They didn't have it in a wine cooler either.Anyway, after this I asked for mussels from the house as apoípetizers and they didn't have them.Afterwards I ordered stuffed mushrooms which were very good and passable in my opinion.What didn't surprise me was that I didn't like the shrimp wrapped with prosciutto, they were extremely salty to my palate. As well as the chicken prosciutto minestrone soup, it didn't surprise me at all. I expected more from this soup. It didn't have a flavor that would characterize it, it was very simple and you couldn't distinguish the main ingredients, it just tasted like a simple vegetable soup... anyway, I also ordered spaghetti with Meatballs. My daughter finished it, that means it's good. I also ordered a dish called scallopine con viel, it was good. The best dish of the night was the clams in white wine, a complete delight, I recommend them.3 days later I returned to this place but unfortunately the service was terrible.I have never been treated like this place.The waiter had no idea what he was doing this was Saturday May 22, 2022 (white skinny man) I don't consider him a waiter. Out of orbit.A disaster with everything that happened. I ordered a red wine, it was super hot. I asked him for other things and everything went wrong. My family finished dinner and mine never arrived.I had to ask if I was going to be attracted to her or what was happening. My family had already finished the meal. In the end he brought it but I received it with anger. But I had already reached my limit. I didn't consume it at all, not because it was good, but because I was already so upset that I couldn't take it anymore. These types of waiters should not be allowed this job or rather they should be trained to serve everyone equally.I was also rude and showed it to him with my arrogant attitude but he deserved it.Because of this type of people a diner might not return. But this is my second time and I wouldn't go back. Quite a fiasco. A complete disappointment.Today I asked them to change my cloth napkins because they stank and smelled like pure old kitchen oil, my experience was horrible. Both in the service and the food. It's not that I don't recommend it, it's not the best or the worst, but on my part it was the last time I visited this place. Bye Bye.Bye bye.Poor service from mediocre waiters and managers who don't care about this.In my opinion it is one of the worst services I have received from a restaurant.And it's not the first one I've visited. You can see my review history on Google of all the restaurants in the Houston area and I have never said anything so bad about a place like this. I hope the owners take immediate action.I don't expect a response from the owner or the person who answers the reviews to apologize and send an email to resolve it. This is not going to work with me. I don't want you to apologize for having slow and mediocre service. I hope you have corrective actions for your good.
