The manager called airport security on a family with two toddlers! We arrived at the restaurant at 7:45 PM with my 5 year old daughter and 2.5 year old son trying to feed them before our 5 hour flight. we made our orders and then at 8:06 PM, the waiter told us some of our dishes could not be made, and now, because it is after 8 PM, we can 't order new dishes because the kitchen is at low capacity. She said it was the manager 's decision and asked if I would like to speak with her. I responded that i 'm not sure if it would matter much and that it was unfair that we arrived before 8 PM and now could not order food because a dish was missing. (All in a calm and polite tone) Suddenly, the manager (in the first pic) rushed in and said I heard you 're arguing with the waiter! do you want me to call security? I responded with Are you serious? are you gonna call security on a family with two small kids? without really saying much else, she rushed out with her phone and returned a few minutes later with two police officers who told us we should leave. We felt shocked and humiliated. Our kids boarded the plane hungry and scared. This is no way to run a business, treat customers, or handle such a situation.

We were seated at 9:25am and sat there until 10:00am without ever being greeted from a waiter or even placing drink orders. There was one person at the bar and two other tables. We watched one table ask for their check three times while we were there and at the time that we left they hadn't received it. Avoid

Nicest option among the restaurants in this part of the terminal. The Cedar plank salmon was good. So was the Mojito. Been asked for ID to buy alcohol made my day feels good with almost 50 ;

Came here with a pass and the food was delicious. Overall good customer service and seating. I had the crab cake Benedict which I definitely recommend it. The poached eggs were well made. The car itself added a good level of texture. The hollister sauce had good flavor. There was also an English muffin and some veggies. There were hash browns that came with and they were small and delicious. I would recommend. The avocado toast and eggs were another dish we ordered. We enjoyed it. Hash browns were also there and were delicous. We also got coffee and orange juice which were good.

Overpriced airport food. I got the Captain's Gumbo $30 bowl of utterly underwhelming substance. Looked like gravy from carton with a few shrimps and crawfish tails in it warmed up in the microwave...
