Bidrage med feedbackGorgeous space, beautifully redone. They have inside seating as well as an outdoor patio. The food was good, but nothing special. It lacked flavor in most of the dishes. The street corn was just alright, the queso had corn in it and that's not what I'm looking for. The ceviche was actually really good, fresh seafood and great flavor. The plantain in mole is a fun idea, but the flavor just wasn't there. The chicken was really nice, very moist and decent flavor. The gyoza was nice but didn't wow me. The bone marrow taco which the waiter said was one of their best items was just a bunch of seasoning on top of very little marrow. It was a novelty at best. The smashed fried potatoes were also good, but again throw a little more flavor in there and they would be awesome. The drinks were decent, but I wouldn't go just for the drinks. Could be a neighborhood staple if they tweak some things.Vegetarian options: Not very many vegetarian options. But the menu isn't huge. Would love to see more options here.Parking: Valet only. Hate seeing this in a city where we have not enough parking to begin with.
One of my favorites in all of Houston! The menu is interesting and cocktails are fabulous. Great for date night or girl's night out. Vibe is chill and hip. Must try: corn, tortillas, ANY of the cocktails!
First time here. This used to be Calle 11. In my opinion this is better. The food here is very unique and not your typical Tex Mex. Very good flavors with an Asian influence. The ceviche was fresh. The corn queso was so good as well. Guacamole was on point. The croquetas were very good with very rich flavors. The drinks were also really good. They offer valet parking for 6 dollars. Came on a Wednesday night and got a table immediately. Restaurant was maybe a quarter full by the time we left. Recommend checking this place out if you're in the mood for non-typical Mexican food.
This place has such a nice ambiance, so I really wanted to like their food! I came for their Sunday brunch and had tried several entree, but i didn't like them at all. The only dish that I like was a potato dish. Overall, I don't think I would come back, but their service was excellent!
This place always has the most friendly staff. From the hostess, to the wait staff, all the way to the bussing staff. Food is delicious, drinks never disappoint and their happy hour is amazing! Not to mention the ambiance is so cute. Love this little Heights gem!
