Bidrage med feedbackSecond Tim Hortons in 10 mins waited at counter for 8 minutes for someone, ANYONE to acknowledge that I was looking to order. Two people on drive thru saw I was there after 6 mins and 2 mins later asked the staff who was baking behind wall to help at the front counter: they replied they were busy doing stuff.Walked out with nothing.
They've hired new staff who know NOTHING about customer service or what the shop has or doesn't. Total lack of etiquettes. The boy did not understand English and was rude. I've been a regular here but will think twice if they continue this way.
Although not always perfect, the staff puts full effort. Understaffed, but they try their best.
The last 6 Wednesdays we have stopped in the evening around 6:15 to get one coffee and it is ridiculous how slow they are. We've tried drive thru and going in, but it's terrible both ways. 5 minutes sitting in a drivethru is unacceptable. Tonight my husband went in and waited for several minutes while no one was around. He could hear people in they back but no one up front. When the person came finally he wasn't even acknowledged.Awful service!!
I visited this location a week ago. I contacted HQ and still no response so writing a review.Last Thurs Oct 19, 2023 at approx 17:05 I visited this location. The staff was friendly, the only good thing I will say.I pulled into drive thru to order a tea. Got to the speaker and a note said headsets broken order at window. There were 3 cars ahead of me. After waiting 5 min with no movement I decided to leave. There is no way out except backing up. So thats what I did. I was almost out when another car arrived and blocked me in!10 min later when I got to the window I told the employee that they should close the drive thru that it isnt right to keep ppl trapped in line for 15 min. She told me they can't close bc the owner won't let them!This is ridiculous, it isn't fair to customers or the staff.I will not be back and I would encourage others to not bother attending.
