The Boat House - Tewkesbury

My friend booked table for four. Got there. Seated up. Menu was smaller than last time. Didn’t realise it was under new management. Ordered our meals. Meals came. Burgers were cold. Chicken dish was cold in middle. Had to send it all back. Burgers came back hot,however chips on the plate were cold. You’d of thought they would heat up chips too. It was heated up in microwave. Nothing Cooked from fresh it seemed. Chips maybe. Had pudding. Best part. That could have done with being hotter. Customer service was good. They did try to correct things. Did take price of a burger off the bill. However very disappointed. Don’t think we will be going back. Sorry guys. You’ll have to try harder if you wanna make it success. Before you had job to get in there. Goof luck for future.

We were out after enjoying the Medieval Festival (side note thats worth a trip, especially for free entry! The Boat House was welcoming, friendly and worth the money. You will spend around £10 a head, but I promise you 'll leave full! The chef knows what 'portions ' should be and makes it worth the price for quality AND quantity! The drink range is, as expected, a fair range soft options for non drinking, hot and cold, and a range for folk with a thirst, including a (surprisingly light! Special house ale which I enjoyed! 10/10, would recommend and will be returning next time I 'm in Tewkesbury! would absolutely recommend

While looking for a place to eat, we came across the boat house during a busy time in tewkesbury. We were given a warm welcome and the food and drinks were delicious and plentiful. Would highly recommend!

Our first visit back to the Boathouse since it reopened. A lovely warm welcome from Charlotte and Lewis on the bar. Greatly improved! We had a lovely lunch in pleasant surroundings. Will definitely return!

We have just had a fantastic lunch at the Boat House. Pizza ,chips and onion rings a side salad and a selection of dips. All cooked beautifully and we had a lovely welcome from Charlotte. We will definitely be back.
