Ben & Florentine - Terrebonne

We go to this Ben Florentine often and we'll this morning Nov 6 was the last time we come here. Service was really bad. We waited 1 hour before we ate. Our plates were on the kitchen counter for a long time. We heard the chef say to the waitresses that they need to take the plates away ASAP as they don't have space for the others. So the bad service was not from the kitchen, but from the waitress.

Ish. The staff is amazing but the food was very eh in quality.

Manger is incredibly rude, super agressif, complains that she doesn’t bother being nice cause shes payed minimum. insulted us in front of the whole restraunt, never respected the 2m distance; yelling. Over all a horrible person
