New York New York Pizza

After living in the Tampa area for a year now and trying different places who say their pizza is NY pizza finally I found this place and it is the real deal. Pizza is cooked just right and flavorful and the options on how to get your wings I have not found anywhere else. I will be back, they made me enjoy pizza Friday again with the family!!!

Got the lunch special, 2 slices, and a can of soda. Slices were huge! It was relatively busy, but I was in and out in 5 minutes. Clean shop and no nonsense staff (I appreciate that). Pizza is solid. Great value for the price and service.

Pizza was fantastic, customer service was horrendous. Came in with my family after leaving Busch Gardens and just wanted to order a large cheese with some garlic knots. We came in a little after 9 pm, so they were getting ready to close. At the register, after ordering the food, I asked the guy what they had for drinks. He states they only had cans, water, and two liters. He stood there staring out the window while I look around behind the counter to find out what they offered for drinks. I had to read them aloud to my family. Paid for the food and was waiting for it to be ready. We were planning on dining in, since it had been a long day. While waiting on the food they started cleaning up and set the chairs up on the table across. Point being is, they were done and had a huge attitude with any of the work they had to do. I understand what it’s like serving customers that close to closing, but if you’re going to be jerks then alter your hours to suit your needs better. Either that or find another job. We won’t be back.

I just called to place an order. First got put on hold then hung up on me. Called back and immediately got put back on hold. Didn't even say hello ? Just lost a new customer ?

I ordered lunch and discussed a Philly cheesesteak with a staff member. When my order arrived, I didn't check the contents right away as I was busy working and planned to eat it for dinner. Later, I realized that the Philly cheesesteak was missing from the bag. I called the restaurant to inquire about the missing item and was told that it was never included in the order because it was not written down correctly. I had to pay an additional delivery fee to have the Philly cheesesteak sent to me, and the manager was not available to speak to me. It was frustrating to have to pay extra for the mistake of the restaurant's staff. Additionally, the pizza I ordered was overly salty.
