I don't get it there is plenty of staff only a few working......The worst and most disgusting whataburger I have ever experienced. The floors in the bathroom were just mopped butthere was standing water. Like they didn't ring out the mop the food was horrible and the employees will walk by you withouteven acknowledging your in line. Then 3 employees who did not appear to be on break but apparently was hungry stood in line toorder in front of a customer. Horrible experience.
Waiting times in the morning are ridiculously long. You talk and laugh. Then you can get your order right.maybe.
It's definitely not what it use to be burgers taste way different. Very dry not juicy anymore aleast the last 9 times or more I've been there. Customer service is always awesome for that I can keep going back. A smile and we'll make it right attitude.
I placed an order on the app that was suppose to be ready at 5:31pm. I didn’t receive the order until 6:15 and I arrived at 5:37 to pick it up. They said it was because they were waiting on fries. Bull…. The person that took my order Amanda also made the drinks one was the white chocolate raspberry shake. And she gave me vanilla. So I asked her to remake it. And with and attitude she did. And because she remade it I took it for granted it was right……wrong I drive all the way home to find out it was vanilla again. So I came back to the store and told Amanda it was wrong again and she started to argue with me about it. And I had to get the manager involved to help with getting me the right shake. And when Amanda handed it back to me she said see all the red (all over the outside of the cup) it’s raspberry. I will never go back to this store again!!!
Ordered a double meat Burger no cheese. Then I get home and burger is ruined with chili/cheese/Fritos.Had to throw away. Why is that so hard. Copy of bag tag. Kept it simple and employees still screw it up.Food: 1/5
