Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory - Temple

My son in law wanted enchiladas from Rosa's so we went there. Normally we always get good food there. Tonight we went and ordered two of the #57's,which are the three beef enchilada plates. We pulled up to the take out window, paid for our order andwhen we got our order I could tell that the plates had been put into the bag sideways. My son in law pulled the plates out ofthe bag and everything had slipped to one side of the plate into a piled up mess. We got home with it and discovered thatinstead of the three beef enchiladas we were given a combination of one cheese enchilada, one chicken enchilada and one beefenchilada. I am very disappointed. Worst meal I have ever gotten from Rosa's. Threw it away even the dog wouldn't eat it.

First time I've been to Rosa's Cafe. Went in right as the church crowd came in. Long line but went fast. Tortillas where very good an fresh. I'd go back again.

Staff was nice. Tortillas were amazing! Beautiful restaurant. Salsa bar was good. The lid dispenser was gross. Fiesta salad was disappointing. I might have come back for those tortillas though, but the flies were all over us and our food. I don't even want to imagine how it is in the kitchen. $42 for a fly lunch. No thanks. Bugs ruined it for me.

Great eating! love the atmosphere here and eating was well done with handmade tortillas that they can observe. our food came fast and they have a crazy cool help themselves salsa bar. all of mild to put the mouth on fire

Not overly impressed. Ordered 12 mixed tamales. They were extremely dry. We had called our order in prior to going. On the phone they asked me what time I wanted to pick up my order. I gave them a time of 40 minutes later. I still had to wait 20 minutes for my order. Way to long for substandard food. Nope. Won't be going there again that's for sure. Yuck
