Xtreme Bean Coffee - Tempe

Neighborhood coffee spot: consistent across the board. Interesting interior space with beautiful vaulted ceiling and plenty of seating. Wifi is good, prices are reasonable, and the kitchen offers some small bites. Restroom is a little sketchy.

So I really enjoyed the loose leaf tea. It is a really good place to have a snack and a hot drink. However when you drink you might want to visit the restroom. My friend was worried it looked like a crime scene. Not sure who up keeps it. But it’s not good at all. Would have given them 5 stars. Sadly that part of the visit was off putting. Since I liked the experience prior to visiting the restroom.

Coffee is decent. Staff would rather be anywhere but there. They get especially resentful if you order food.I’m not sure if the skinny blonde guy is the owner, but he has the worst attitude of all of them.Seriously, close up shop if you hate people that much. There’s a perfectly good coffee shop across the street, that’s open later, and won’t act like their customers are a burden.

Atmosphere (decor and seating) are great. Parking easy.Service was horrible, for all customers, not just us. The white blonde barista with Pippi Longstockings hair eye rolled and muttered under breath at customers, and that was only outdone by her complete ineptitude for drinks. She'd have 5 unclaimed drinks on counter and 3 customers asking where their drinks were.The bohemian dark haired girl at counter wasn't much better. No receipts provided and no names taken, so orders were a complete cluster. Could not make proper change for cash, and cash seemed to be a bother. 2 of the 3 of us literally waited 20 minutes for a coffee.I also watched half a dozen people unsuccessfully try the bathroom code given and the counter people could have cared less that there was no access.Coffee was fine. Nitro cold brew advertised, but none available. I would avoid this place at all costs If the owner puts in better service people, it could be a cool place.

Best coffee my husband and I have had in a while! It was so flavorful! I ordered just a vanilla latte w/ Cinnamon (my go to) and man I was shocked by how good it was.? highly recommend!!
