Jimmy John's - Tempe

Supplier was really sweet, but super late probably not her fault. my sandwich was missing extras like cheese, and the brot was hard, almost not edible. I called to get an update on my order, as it said, delivered, but was not yet there and phone staff seemed irritated and I was suddenly suspended when our conversation was over. I can only accept short personal. I will not order from this place again.

Absolutely terrible service. a sandwich to supply at 1145. they called 4 times and was lied that it was for delivery. finally called to cancel and get a refund at 115 with bo sandwich still lol. what a sweat

Online order. I'm 5 miles away, waiting and waiting for it to come up. Called twice, but nobody answered. I never got an order. this place has problems.

I always command from here and my eating is always soou good! I always had the best customer service here. fresh food and fast delivery. many thanks for the amazing eating as usual and I will be lol again as usual!

This jimmy John's is freaky fast and the managers are very nice customer service goes a long way! I had the Italian sub made special to order and it was made perfectly!
