Dairy Queen - Tempe

Have went there a couple of times for a limeade slush. We'll both times it took to long and No one was in there eating. When I did get my slush half of it was melted no ice so you tell me what's going on. I am not satisfied ????

Forgot the pumpkin purée in my pumpkin pie blizzard I mean vanilla ice cream with pumpkin spice is kinda good but not the same.

It is crucial to acknowledge the hard work of the two individuals working at this Dairy Queen. They were clearly overwhelmed and doing their best to provide excellent service. Despite their efforts, I cannot give their service a two-star rating. It is evident that during busy periods, the management should consider having more staff on hand to assist. The lack of additional support resulted in long wait times and unnecessary delays for customers.

The food at this restaurant is excellent! The quality is top-notch and really sets it apart from other burger joints. If you've ever moaned with pleasure while eating a burger, you have to give this place a try!

The service was terrible. I ordered and paid for a large hot fudge sundae, but received a medium with less ice cream than another medium sundae I also ordered. The employee tried to blame the lack of ice cream on it being melted, but it was clear to anyone with half a brain that it was not enough. I felt like the employee was trying to make it seem like it was my fault. I will only be going to the franchise on Warner and 48th from now on, as I have never had issues there.
