Bidrage med feedbackOrder of chicken fries. they had been made before clear hours and have been sitting under a heat lamp since when I was in one, it snapped and shattered in crumb and dust. the rest was similar. unbelievable, old, stale chicken fries. and they forgot my sauce so that I eat them dry like a freak of nature. I'm just disappointed. this event seems to be more of a trend, and one that spreads more than just this location. the brand clearly does not care about the customers, so I am, the customer, inclined, only not to worry about the brand. gold arches for life, Bay-bee.
Evil Experience...8 in the night and the bathroom 'out of order' but they're really not, they're just from the job to pay customers. I saw workers who had just finished their shift, use the restroom to change from his uniform. then, when I had to go to the toilet room, the hired person told me they were out of the command. When I asked to speak with the mic (manager in charge), she was unprofessional, militant and furious to the right that I challenge her 'out of order' sign. So why are they 'out order' for the payment of customers, but open to employees'? if they want to close the bathroom, they simply say it. 'bathrooms closed to customers' or 'no public restrooms available', but to say their out of order while the workers have access to it, is simply unacceptable. Chicken fries were hard like a rock and not even warm. When I brought it to the attention of the employee, he said they were fresh. I know what's fresh and that's not fresh. Management personnel were annoyed that I asked them for new chicken fries. double cheeseburger was terrible too barely ketchup, don't even get melted, but hey everything is fresh after dinning room gast service coworkers I don't think so! So if they 're looking for a big, fast non-hat experience, this is definitiw not the burger king, where they should spend their hard earned. if I could give them 0 stars, I would. so sad, I worked for burger king for men years and I know how fresh looks and that was 't fresh, not even close.
Every time I come to this place, no matter whether it's tomorrow afternoon or night, everyone is rude. if I place a simple order without modifications, they look like me after something that is not on the menu, they make it seem like the customer is not welcome in the load. there was a time when I went through the first time and got a spicy chicken sandwich when I came to the window, they were so rude and mean, because I was looking for a single ranch. And I went to the side and wept because this is how unpleasant and unwilling I felt.
There were not so many cars in front of me, but it took one because to get through the drive thru the personal was friendly, although burberry got my order wrong. that or they were from the Hershey Pie and didn't want to tell me and gave me 3 cookies. vegetarian options: they have the impossible
Worst Burger King ever. Customer service is horrible. after ordering a chicken sandwich and a whopper in the drive thru and then having to park to wait for it. A kid bought out our food. He asked what we got and after telling him, he took stuff out of our bag. Leaving us super confused. Checked the bag and the chicken sandwich didn't look right and we had 2 sandwiches on regular hamburger buns. Again.. confused I went into the store and told them the order wasn't right. They proceeded to tell me that they run out of buns and cut the chicken in half to fit in a hamburger bun. Instead of trying to fix the situation the woman (assuming the manager? told the kid to not to that again cause it confuses the customers, leaving me feeling like I was in the wrong. Here's a thought... maybe just communicate to the customer what you are doing!! Or tell them that you ran out of buns. Maybe don't make them feel stupid for the crappy customer service. Still don't know what the kid took out of the bag. And to top it all off.. the food was super greasy and we ended up throwing most of it away. Save yourself some time and go anywhere else!!
