Jenko's Mongolian Barbecue

We visited for the first time on a Sunday, which I understand can be busy. We couldn't damage the treasure, it was nice. However, we felt completely forgotten. Our table was 15 minutes too late so we finished our drinks we had ordered at the bar and were not asked if we wanted another one. I had finished my plate and reached a boy and took him before my partner was finished so he could only eat alone for a while. We were done and just stayed, weren't asked for anything else, no desserts we just felt like they wanted to go. We have to go and the waiter couldn't delete our table fast enough. To round it off, I was charged twice for our 2 drinks, so the payment ended £37 for two Carvery already paid for them at the bar. We feel safe like an inconvenience. It won't come back.

We arrived and were asked to wait in the area at the bar, maybe get a drink while we finish your table. When waiting at the bar to serve, there was a person known to the bar lady that she was dressed in Casual... with Croc's), who was tapped, and another throw bar towels on that lady who wasn't professional at all, just worn with the sniper. We were shown to our table and then just let us out what happened, no explanation of how it worked. We found the bowls, handed them over with items we wanted to cook, then stood in a long queue for the young cook) BBQ. Fortunately, none of us had any allergies, as there was no separation from food cooking area. We had two portions each and the cooking was not consistent as some items were burned. I will not return anytime as soon as I think that at £22 per head £11 for a child) was much too expensive for a lack of professional service and some food not available.

Came here Saturday night while you visit family that just moved to the area. It was busy, but the staff was attentive and polite. A real experience to concentrate your own food, and we all enjoyed it! So much, so we went back the next...day for Sunday career that was once again excellent! Really enjoyed the experience of “BBQ” and the Sunday lunch was very good, so will definitely return!

Treated a friend to a pre-Xmas menu. Very slow service and the restaurant was practically empty. Eat unnoticed. Hassled back to the buffet then recognized why. The staff then dropped out during the naval tongue to have a free meal. I've never said such an unprofessional ad during the service. I'm sure Ramsey would have hunted his top if he had been present. The manager's reaction was also shocking. Very defensive, unprofessional. Don't waste your money or your time. You can duplicate this experience at home with a grating and a spice shelf. felt thoroughly torn off. A main part for 22.00 with meat scrap and meagre accompaniments if you could have a cleverly presented food elsewhere.

We booked a table here and was blown away by the place the staff the food. We drank fantastic cocktails eat fancy delicious food sang away to wonderful music a brilliant night was had by all i told all my friends about this place can’t...wait to return.happy happy us.mdd
