Casey's - Tea

We're glad to have found a Casey General Store nearby to enjoy their famous pizza, but we were torn with a Pizza Ranch across the street. In the end, we chose CGS and were pleased to see that they still use the high-quality ingredients we love in their pizza. However, the service at this location was lacking. It might have been due to it being particularly busy, which resulted in us receiving our pizza a bit undercooked. While it was technically done, it didn't have that crispy crunch we usually expect from a fresh pizza right out of the oven. I tend to steer clear of pizzas that have been pre-baked for exactly this reason—they can end up soggy and lacking in texture after sitting for a while. Overall, CGS still offers great pizza, even if I have to pop it in the toaster oven for a couple of minutes when I get home. At least I'm only five minutes away now!

I was just $1.07 short, which is quite a bit. This was my first time visiting this Casey's, and I don't know anyone who works there. The cashier, Beth, surprised me by saying, “Don't worry about it, I’ll cover it for you.” I can't believe someone would do that! I'm still in shock at how wonderful her gesture was. Thank you so much!

I get the impression that this place is managed by a pinecone. Several of the gas pumps were out of order, and every single window washing station was either empty or filthy, looking more like sludge than anything else. One of the stations even had diesel in the container. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Get N Go across the street instead. The pump handles are much cleaner, and the customer service is significantly better.

I suggest looking for a different restaurant! The service is consistently below average, and the management is lacking. The food is stale, and the service is very slow.

Horrible experience! We arrived at 4:45 PM, looking forward to grabbing some pizza for dinner. Unfortunately, the pizza looked like it had been left out all day. My son ordered a sub, but the meat and cheese were tough and dried out. The lettuce was so wilted that a staff member actually warned us not to take it. The bread was incredibly hard and crumbled apart. Overall, we were really disappointed with both the food and the service!
