The food is delicious, but what a pity that the lady who serves at the cashier always has a bad face and serves poorly, you cannot ask her for a bag to carry food, you cannot ask her for more sauces, you cannot accommodate several people at a single table when there is even space, you cannot ask them to crush the ice for the juices a little more because sometimes it is difficult to drink the juice, you cannot say anything because she serves you in the worst possible way she can find, I am a very loyal customer, every day I come to eat with my friends but the energy and attention of that lady is so discouraging that we do not want to return again.

The service is terrible. I ordered fried fish and only the fish was good. The salad seemed old. The avocado was oxidized. The lemonade was terrible. Sorry for my sincerity, but I won't be coming back again.

If you call for a pick up order for multiple people be careful when ask to get your order separately they charge for [bags] $0.20 each If you call to place an order for multiple people, I have to go pick it up, be careful if you ask for your order to be separated per person, they charge you $0.20 per bag Employees Doesn't have common sense. I gave them the example if 10 people go there and ask to get the order to go they will have to give each of them their food on individual bag!! I was placing 10 orders and when I asked to separate the orders they said that they will charge for each bag. (So stupid) I called to place an order for 10 people when I asked them to give me the orders separately they told me what they were going to charge me for the bags I gave them an example that if 10 people come to buy at your restaurant and order the food to take away they would They are going to have to give each person their food in a bag Why are they charging me for the bags??!!!! It's something stupid. I do not recommend this place

Very good service and the food is very good, I have been to eat many times and I think it is one of the best Colombian-Venezuelan food restaurants. 100% recommended
