I came with my partner after a very long day from work, just trying to find a place to relax and it was my first time going to grilld. We ordered food,the staff asked for name, and then we sat and waited for our order, the girls are trying to fix the chairs and it was sooo loudd, all the customers were looking at her and she kept on banging those chairs. It was very irritating. We also waited long, we didn't know that the order was already prepared. Nobody called my partner's name, then when we checked the counter, the food was already there and nobody even said anything. They were just very busy chatting. We just took the food, and left. Never really too busy despite it being in the shopping centre, staff is nice maybe even abit robotic but I suppose that 's better than being rude. Food is consistent which eases my anxiety over eating out. Waaaay to many eshays around though, especially those little zoomer ones screaming out adlay lad or some other bothersome nonsense. Should have security guards with batons or something. Good grilld establishment overall.

Me and my partner went to this watergarden grilled store at 9:10 PM on saturday to order some food. This Indian girl at the front said store is closed for dine in at 9:10 pm which was shocking and disappointing, how come a store stopped dine in 50 mins prior the store closing, which is wired, as per the google store is closing at 10pm, bad experience ever at grilled here, use to go to multiple location in grilled never experience this. Me and my partner were shocked and disappointed, very rude staff and zero customer service, no sense how to talk to the customer, very disappointed. I will Never ever go to this place again.
