The food is lovely but the last 10 orders online have all arrived late. I have selected an earlier time to get the food when I want it. Currently 19.39 and ordered for 19.25. Ordered 2 hours ago!

Order took 2 hours 50 minutes to deliver, phoned twice trying to get an update, both times was lied to about it being on its way. Unprofessional and dishonest. Not the first time this has happened either. Shame because the food is usually enjoyable but the management and efficiency is shocking.

I ordered a mild chicken and chips. That is NOT what I got. It was so hot it hurt my mouth. I couldnt even eat my chips . My husband couldnt eat the chicken either because it was so hot. We phoned to explain and got told by the staff that the mild chicken is a bit spicey, that it's not hot and that we should have ordered the lemon... of course I wouldn't know that, no one explained and there is nothing to say that in the shop anywhere! SABEEZ... tell your customers: Explain it to your customers or Put info on your menu or Make your mild sauce MILD! But needless to say I am never going back!

Just eat rapidly delivered, but instead of a double decker meal deal at £11.99, appear go have been charged £11.99 for a cold, toddlers moccasin, threatened with a salad garnish . Will ABSOLUTELY not be opening my wallet near the place again. First and last time.

Ordered food online waited over 1.5 hours for a take away. Went to the shop and complained, the guy at the shop said it’s not his problem and contact Uber. Never back again….. want to give 0 but won’t let me
