Istanbul Kebab House - Taunton Deane

I ordered my meal 8:30 and didn’t come until 9:45, my order was so cold, chips were soggy, meat was cold and chicken nuggets were freezing. I called and asked for a replacement as it isn’t up to there usual standard and they told me not to touch my f food and hung the phone up, I called again and they were arguing with me And said wait half hour I’ll get a new one sent out! It came chips were still soggy and the amount of grease in the wrap was discusting, He was very sarcastic and rude. I order regularly and am not happy with the service I was provided with today!

Really gone down hill treat their regular customers like ****. Especially if small order. No point complaining as nothing will be done, you are treated as a liar.

Ive got to say best tasting kebab I’ve tasted ..... and the staff are very friendly .... would recommend to every one .... the fact they were so busy whilst waiting shows how popular they are ..... everyone having a bit of banter with staff ..... in these times was nice to see ........ and of course again the service was great and the food lush easily 5*

I got in there and I was greeted very rudely with what do you want and by this point I already didn 't want to eat from there but I was going to before asking if the donna was halal to which he replied yes I don 't have an issue with people whom do eat halal food and I don 't have an issue with Islam but, halal goes against my personal beleife of humane slaughter. I would say before you eat there, research halal food and how it 's killed before eating there and you might think twice. great for followers of Islam as all the food is halal
