Tamure Di Mariani Maura Rstorazione

Found ourselves in Tarquinia not by our own choice and needed to find somewhere to eat. I cannot eat seasoned or spicy food so needed somewhere whic would cater for me. Other places were either closing or 'fully booked ' despite being empty so when we came across Tamure we decided that we had nothing to lose. Staff were pleasant and did their best despite not having much English and we had no Italian but we all managed to get across what we wanted. Lovely beachfront view and food was good when it arrived. The potato croquettes were gorgeous and wish I 'd ordered more! Chicken was cooked how I asked and I had no complaints about the food or service.

We had to wait for food to be served. Very little gluten free options. Staff were rude. Shame as it could have been a pleasant experience. Lovely location and a nice warm evening ruined by our experience here. We did try to speak Italian using translator apps but the staff possibly the manageress was not impressed and we got the feeling they did not want us their.

Nothing much. Operation could not finish. Pizza was good. Long have we waited for the account. Too high a tip.
