Tarlee Take Out

As we embarked on our long drive from Two Wells to Townsville, we left early in the morning without having had breakfast. We decided to stop at Tarlee and both ordered a hot breakfast to warm us up on the cold, wet morning. The breakfast was deliciously cooked and the tea and hot chocolate we ordered were piping hot and flavorful. It was the perfect way to start our journey.

This restaurant, now called Tarlee Bakery, has not improved since my last reviews. The coffee still has an unpleasant burnt taste from being over-extracted. It may be time to find a new place to enjoy my coffee.

Good place to stop for a break. Great pies and really good coffee. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with info about the area.

We made a pit stop for lunch on our way to Barossa and found exactly what we needed. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The coffee was excellent and the staff were lovely. Plus, they had the most adorable milk jugs! Thank you for a great experience.

Always a convenient stop for a quick and easy takeaway. Have only ever had pies, cakes and drinks so can't comment on the cooked foods. Never had any issues.
