The best Italian restaurant in tg.mures! it has very good pizza, pasta and lasagne! and many other foods! and it has a coconut ice cream that is thieee beeessstttt!

The place is around the center, on a side street. There is a terrace, quite plain. First problem was to get a table near toilet door nobody wants to eat in the way of people on the wc journey. The table was around 1 meter from the toilet door. The menu is Italian, quite extensive. The prices are on the upper side, it is an expensive place, with few exceptions. We took a Caesar salad and a pizza capriciosa. The pizza was good, tasty, nicely balanced between cheese, dough, sauce and ingredients. The salad was a disappointment. It had no capers and anchovies sauce, just some balsamic vinegar and it had few cherry tomatoes, lots of rucola, black olives, chicken, parmegiano and mushrooms, I don't know this recipe but it was not well balanced either, I poured a lot of oil and vinergar on it. It was 30 lei, very expensive for a plain chicken salad with nothing fancy and not tasty. The service was ok, impersonal and cold but bo problem and the food came quickly. The toilet was a bit chaotic, water not flowing in the men's Restroom, plastic covers missing, toilet paper in a corner. Soul Bistro is an unexpected name for an Italian restaurant could not find the connection.

Really loud Italian people A LOT of Italian people! Shouting in the restaurant. The food is good, staff amazing, but the loud Italian people destroy everything.

I love this place and is the only place in the city (until now) where they can eat good seafood (but they must be patient when they order fish because preparation will last one). also pizza is really good and I like the atmosphere! nothing bad to say!
