Aji - Taos

My husband and I had a delightful dining experience at Aji. It was during our honeymoon trip and we wanted to try something new for dinner. The menu at Aji was impressive, and the ceviche and empanadas were absolutely delicious. We particularly enjoyed the three types of ceviche, which had a perfect balance of flavors and freshness. The service was also excellent, with our server providing great recommendations. We will definitely be returning to Aji the next time we visit Taos. It was surprising that the restaurant was not busy on a Friday night, considering how amazing the food was.

When we visited the restaurant, there was a shortage of staff, leading to one waitress being overwhelmed. We waited for 90 minutes for our food and there was no bread or communication during this time. However, once we finally received our food, it was delicious.

My wife and I had never been to Aji before, but we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the wait staff took excellent care of us. The prices for the food were very reasonable and the quality was well worth it. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the portion sizes were generous. The desserts were also delicious. Overall, I would highly recommend Aji. They have a bar and a separate room between the main dining area and the bar. We will definitely be returning!

Our culinary experience in aji was really a pleasure. my man and I were on our honeymoon trip and were looking for something else to dinner one night. the menu in aji is exciting and the ceviche and empanadas are some of the best I ever had. we were so excited to try the three types of ceviche texture, taste, everything was fresh and balanced. the service was also great and I felt so well taken care of and appreciated by our servers. next time we are in taos we will definitely come back! we went on Friday night and the restaurant was not busy, which was openly shocking when considering how wonderful it was to eat!
