Aji - Taos

Short staff when we were there so one waitress was overwhelmed Waited minutes for foodNo bread or contact Once we got food it was great

My wife and I had never been to Aji before. It is a very nice restaurant and the atmosphere was very agreeable. Our wait staff took very good care of us. The food is very reasonable priced. And well worth it! Staff was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and the amount was more than adequate. Deserts were very good. Overall, I would highly recommend Aji. It has a bar and a separate room in between the main dining room and the bar. We will be back!

Outstanding food, very fresh and unexpectedly original dishes. A fusion of South American dishes cleverly accented with savory Japanese flavors. Loved the empanada appetizer and trout main dish, served whole but cleanly filleted and separated from the skin. The restaurant is a just little outside the central area of Taos and was very quiet. The venue is charming but could use a designer for lighting and accessorizing to give it great ambiance. It appears still undiscovered. I have eaten many places around the world and will definitely go back to Aji when in Taos

Go to Aji if you have a whole evening and aren’t terribly hungry walking in. It will take a while for every. Single. Step. Of the meal. The food is quite good, creative and fresh. The trout was the best of three entrees at our table, and it was delicious
