Auberge Du Collet - Tanneron

I spent 4 days there in August 2012. the room was large enough for 2 people and had a large window overlooking the building restaurant breakfast (most of the rooms are located in a separate building from the reception and restaurant.) clean and spacious bathroom. A big drawback is the lack of air conditioning. Although we had the "bad" chance to visit the region when the temperature exceeded the 40 each day. breakfast is good and you can enjoy it near the pool. the pool has a roof that allows you to swim in the shade when the sun shines. the b is located high in the mountains. then prepare for a beautiful pipee on a winding and narrow road. Take your time. the nearest village with a variety of shops is Mandelieu-La-Napoule (20 minuten by car.) 30-40 minuten by car to get to cannes. do not use the D6285 to go to canes, you may find yourself in an important traffic jam. Go first to Mandelieu-La-Napoule, konturn the airport and take the D6007 towards the bocca district. this avenue leads to the center of canes. the place is ruhige and you can really relax. owners are very kind and although there is a language problem (we’re almost not speaking French, they’re almost not speaking English) they were very helpful with everything. the donkeys are really cute and the view and tranquility are great. (original opinion) aufenthalt hier für 4 tage im august 2012. das zimmer war groß genug für 2 personen und hatte ein großes fenster mit blick auf das restaurant frühstücksgebäude (die mehrheit der zimmer sind in einem separaten gebäude als die rezeption und restaurant.) badezimmer sauber und geräumig. ein großer nachteil ist das fehlen von airco. obwohl wir das 'schlechte ' glück, die gegend zu besuchen, wenn die temperatur über den 40 täglich stieg. das frühstück ist gut und sie können es in der nähe des pools genießen. der pool verfügt über ein dach, mit dem sie in einem schatten schwimmen können, wenn die sonne heiß ist. das b b ist hoch in den bergen gelegen. also bereiten sie sich auf eine herrliche fahrt auf einer schmalen kurvigen straße. nehmen sie sich zeit. das nächste dorf mit einer vielzahl von geschäften ist Mandelieu-La-Napoule (20minuten fahren.) 30-40 minuten fahrt nach cannes. verwenden sie die D6285 nicht, um nach cannes zu kommen, da sie wahrscheinlich in einem großen stau landen werden. gehen sie zuerst nach Mandelieu-La-Napoule, fahren sie um den flughafen und nehmen sie die D6007 in richtung der stadt teil von la bocca. diese straße endet im zentrum von cannes. der ort ist ruhig und man kann sich wirklich entspannen. die besitzer sind sehr nett und obwohl es ein sprachproblem gab (wir sprechen fast kein französisch, sie sprechen fast kein englisch) waren sie sehr hilfsbereit mit allem. die esel sind wirklich süß und die ansichten und die ruhe sind großartig.

Do not use the D6285 to get to Cannes, you may find yourself in an important traffic jam. Go first to Mandelieu-La-Napoule, bypass the airport and take the D6007 towards La Bocca. This avenue leads to the centre of Cannes. The place is quiet and you can really relax. The owners are very kind and although there is a language problem (we’re almost not speaking French, they’re almost not speaking English) they were very helpful with everything. Bathroom clean and spacious. A big disadvantage is the lack of airco. Although we had the 'bad' luck of visiting the area when the temperature rose above the 40 every day. Breakfast is good and you can enjoy it near by the pool. The pool has a roof which allows you to swim in some shadow when the sun is hot. The b b is situated high in the mountains. So get prepared for some magnificent driving on a narrow curvy road. Just take your time. The nearest village with a variety of shops is Mandelieu-La-Napoule (20mins driving). 30-40mins driving to get to Cannes. Don 't use the D6285 to get to Cannes as you will probably end up in a major traffic jam. Go first to Mandelieu-La-Napoule, drive around the airport and take the D6007 towards the city part of La Bocca. This avenue ends up in the centre of Cannes. The place is quiet and you can really relax. The owners are very nice and although there was a language problem (we speak almost no French, they speak almost no English) they were very helpfull with everything.
