Wendy's - Tampa

The floors were dirty. some tables were dirty. one of the beverage machines had no ice and no carbonization. the personal did not seem to care

Ordered food on the mobile app to pick up at Wendy’s when I got there they saw my order went to the pick up window told me I had to wait because my order wasn’t ready yet pulled up waited approximately 10 minutes went inside and the gentleman told me that they lost my order another lady pulled my order up but told me I had to wait for my order to be ready so basically putting me down the line I was there about almost an hour to wait for my food went to McDonald’s and got better service will never return to this Wendy’s ever again .

Should update the time to closes at midnight on Wednesday. If your closed just say it. Instead of keeping yourself open on the app and when people come to pick up you have the drive through blocked off with vehicles for unloading the truck. Would never ordered and wasted my time driving.

This restaurant has kiosk makes ordering food much more easy and more time to choose food without other people behind you in line

This Wendy's is horrible and needs to be shut down. They never give you your full order and their customer service is horrendous.
