Einstein Bros Bagels - Tampa

Wasn't here in a few years, but I thought I'd deal with some real bagels instead of the grocery business type. I was on Saturday at 12 noon. In addition to waiting very long before the order, I could not even see the variety of the bagels they had because the plastic shield was all smudgy, so I had to wait until my turn to the Commission where there was a list of Bagels. Most bagels have not been available, so it is really difficult to order. I have 1 garlic, a pulp and 2 onion bagels as they were available. I wanted them to be cut, but not roasted. Well, there are signs everywhere say freshly baked, but when I got my bagels, they didn't even seem freshly baked this morning. They were all hard and didn't even taste right. They were cut as odd as 1 side was about 1 cm and the other about 4 cm makes it hard to toast when I came home as one side was too thick to fit into my bagel size toaster. Real waste of money. The place was at noon on a Saturday, so I don't know what the draw for this Einstein is, but I guess I didn't have what they had.

Everything was great, a solid four stars. the only feedback I have is to prioritize simple submissions about submissions that last longer. if someone ordered a bagel with cream cheese, they should not have to wait until all the other sandwiches are made first. a great place with good food.

Service Dog owners Caution: My real rating is now zero stars. I am a weekly customer for the last year in almost DAILY for a bagel usually kurbside. Today I command the counter that is very rare and when I approached the counter, I was immediately told Let me see your dog papers. We don't allow dogs. Is your dog not a service animal? It's totally illegal. I stood there for a minute and pulled out the line and immediately into my phone (where I keep all my documents) while I 'm looking for 'm thinking that this is not right. At first, it's not said I can't bring a dog in. And as a dog treated on the counter I remember that one time I brought into my support dog that a young man offered him a treat. Did this lady really ask for my dog papers? I felt very uncomfortable at the time, so I put my service dog in the car. I went in and ordered my bagel. So now you have not only lost one customer, ready to deal with the consequences of the treatment of the disabled very badly.

I had a very good experience at this one-stone location. everyone was super friendly and fast. my food was very tasty and the caramel macchiato was to die. my interaction with one of the employees was the cherry on my experience. I wish I could remember her names, but she had brown hair and two nasen piercings. she was really a joy and had phenomenal customer service skills!

After a morning walk on Sunday I was looking for a place to have quick coffee and breakfast. I searched near me and decided to have coffee and Bagel at Einstein Bros. Bagels. Accessibility Einstein Bros. Bagels in a big complex and there is a plenty of parking spaces in the lot. So one can park the car in the parking lot and can directly go to Einstein Bros. Bagels. Service and Food When you enter Einstein Bros. Bagels you can directly see the menu on walls and from different options of bagels and coffee can decide what you will like to have. I ordered the bagel and coffee. I chose Caramel Cold Brew and Avocado Veg Out Bagel. I got my order in 5 minutes with both bagel and coffee. The coffee was freshly brewed with hot coffee. The avocado bagel was delicious and bagel plus coffee was a great combination that i needed. Amazing bagels with great coffee definitely makes a day better.
