Dunkin' - Tampa

With distance the better dunking in the Tampa area. they always have my midnight coffee. if they don't make it fresh. all others have nothing but original. they made a mistake and didn't put a speck on my sandwich. I noticed when I came home with my quitting and didn't even look at him taking the problem of my hand and making me a fresh one to locate me at others where they treated me, as I was talking about. many thanks for the continued large and qualitative service they offer.

I ordered a frozen matcha and the new tomaten pesto grilled cheese. the products were great, but what the experience did was the girl in the window! She was so sweet and our interaction was so beautiful! excellent customer service:

Valrico Dunkin on 60. Slime in my drink. Piece of equipment fell in. Had slime inside. Yes I took a drink of slime. It was the texture of mucos and I actually pulled the slime out of mouth.. Gag...horrible experience!!! I'm sure full of bacteria. I didn't see it because there was ice in my drink. When I got home and poured out I found it.

Customer service is horrible. I will drive out of my way to the other one on Dale mabry just to avoid this one. On Saturday 4/2 I pulled up around 10:30 and I got a “we will be right with you” so I said ok…. A few seconds later I get “CAN WE HELP YOU??!!” … not the first time I’ve had a horrible experience here. All it takes for one person to be having a bad day to finally stick up for themselves. It always makes me nervous ordering here and that should not be the case anywhere when we are paying you for a service! Do better

Great customer service, drinks were made right and no lines it was easy to pick up online order.
