Applebee's Grill - Tampa

Absolutely disgusting, raw infested kitchen, sloppy presentation and berth like flourtau throughout the restaurant. nasty bathroom and bad chefs who never use gloves or know anything about cross-contamination! the chefs use the bathroom and do not wash the hands! I can go on for days, but I won't. If you want to get sick, eat here.

I recommend going any time except Thursday night. they then have a dj and it ruins the experience honestly.

I finally decided to comment, hopefully the owner or manager reads this. My favorite things at Applebees are the soft pretzels, and the bourbon chicken and shrimp. I actually think they have decent affordable food. The staff is always nice and attentive.The only thing that makes me not want to come back is the cleanliness issue.The carpet floor is disgusting. Like nobody ever did a deep cleaning since the restaurant was open (this is in several applebees, not just the one in carrollwood). The bathroom floor is super dirty too and very sticky).I think that whoever owns this place should show some love to it. Maybe change the floor? No more carpet please it is disgusting.I believe that if they fix these cleaning issues they will attract many more customers!

For having only one other table was very slow, not even eating, but even for boxes and reception. I never had an experience where the waitress and the hostess spoke in such a soft ton that you could hardly hear them. this place has to train their associates to talk to an audible tone.

Had appetizers and drinks with a friend. Food was good. Drinks were very good. Bartender Laura was personable and welcoming. Made some great suggestions for fun beverages. Wonderful evening out.
