Subway - Tallahassee

On August 1, 2022 at 10:33, I witnessed a disturbing incident at this restaurant. I saw a worker aggressively pound on the door of the bathroom, where a customer was inside, and then proceed to yell at the customer even after he left. Additionally, I observed an employee calling the police on a homeless person and lying to them about the consequences of using the restroom in the restaurant. I spoke to the customer to make sure they were okay, but ultimately decided not to spend my money at this establishment.

The manager continuously causes chaos by complaining about her personal issues and other employees.

Articles I wanted in the menu were not prepared. also some of the tomats in the container had mold on it. not my place for eating.

The young lady working solo at the front desk did an excellent job.

It was lunch time and when I walked in the line was 5 people deep with the current customer giving a huge order. Misty, the manager, moved that line! She kept things organized even while training a new worker and she did it like a real professional. I hope she gets the shout she deserves because she did y’all proud. I live in the neighborhood, so I’ll be back. 2/28/22
