Love the energy. Great live band, good food and drinks. Awesome family environment..lots of space for kiddos to play with a great bat for parents to chit-chat. Wonderful drink options

The atmosphere here was really chill and welcoming! The staff was super nice and the drinks were delicious. I got a cherry limeade sour and a pomegranate lemonade, both of which are awesome! My wife got a negroni and an oatmeal stout and also loved them! Overall a great taproom. I wish I tried some of the food because it all looked good as well.

Proof has a great selection of craft beer and lovely interior and exterior seating. My personal favorite beverages from Proof are their fruit beers. The bartenders are always pleasant and it's easy to close out your tab when you're done. They do have a limited food menu which is ok in a pinch.Update: their menu size has increased, but I have not purchased yet. Drink pictured is Freaky Tiki

Incredible beer and really good food, can be one of the best spots in Tallahassee, but why do they allow babies, toddlers and event newborns? Random kids run around the place like fun station!? Even babies in strollers crying in the middle of the bar, what is this?!
