Din Tai Fung Taichung Branch

As most of you know, I'm much more of a fan of small mom and pop places with homemade, simple yet delicious food, especially in Asia. But my goodness, Din Tai Fung's focus and delivery of consistency, professionalism, and deliciousness is absolutely amazing. Their various dumplings are magnificently scrumptious, the soups are rich and fragrant and superbly seasoned, the noodles al dente (QQ) and yummy, and the service totally impeccable. Go early, sign up for a table, and watch the dumpling creators work their magic, and then enjoy one of the best meals in Taichung.

I don’t understand why but clearly this place is the only one that I would crave for from time to time. They got really nice food, from spicy sour soup to stir fry rice and soup dumplings. It’s the best I ever think of, and the desserts that I adore.

Had the chance to have a lunch there once and it is still one of the best restaurants I've ever visited in Taiwan. Food was amazing. So many different 饺子 I've never had one with the shrimp before. Staff were very kind and service was so quick. Price was normal I guess but it is totally worth it.

First and most likely best xiaolongbao of my life. faster service. the waiters are very polite. the place is clean and eating amazing. keep a visit! 10/10

The first time they visit the famous din tai fung, and it was definitiw worth waiting. I had a great time and tried many different things, including pork and truffle xiaolongbao.
