What a blessing! New establishment which just opened in Feb 2015 and each time i went their menu and dishes kept getting better. I already have a number of favorites and love their homemade Vegan ice cream made using coconut milk and low GI coco sugar. Owner is very dedicated and passionate GF Vegan and loves animals so expect this place to be run to high GF-V standards. They have air-conditioned "outside" seating by the curb which allowed my dog to keep me company over dinner. Waitresses are quite knowledgeable and friendly. Given that there are only a few GF Vegan restaurants in Manila, and even five-star international hotel chains here still give you blank stares when you request for GF or V options, this place is a blessing and heaven. They're already beginning to attract a steady customer base of young and mindful diners every night so i expect this place to get better every time. The owner is quite passionate about the GF-V lifestyle and absolutely loves animals so expect it to be run to high standards. Im sure they'll earn a five star rating soon at the rate they're improving but will reserve that for a future visit.
