Arby's - Tacoma

Givin they were busy the cashier in the drive though didn't even bother to look I our direction she only stuck her arm out the window to relieve the payment then cause us to loose some of our coins because she just plain wasn't paying attention to what her actions were doing.Parking: Parkimg.lot is almost empty with close to the door parking spots that aren't all only handicapped spacesWheelchair accessibility: Ramp and indoor tables for aeating as well.

We waited at the widow for 12 minutes . We had ordered at the speaker . And there was nothing on the beef sandwich accept thr meet . They didn't give us Arby's sauce , and NO NAPKINS . THE GUY AT THE WIND HAD NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS DOING !! BAD ALL THE WAY AROUND .

I see this history of poor service. No need to reach out to me. My review is a FAIL just like the rest!!!

The outside woman's restroom was overflowing. Restaurant was not stocked with napkins which were needed due to no paper towels in the restrooms. They were not stocked well with buns and BLT was made wrong and slow.It seemed like the 3 front workers were new and though they were trying their best, I'm not sure they had enough training.This looks to be a management or owner issue.The best we could do was be patient with the front counter staff but Arby's can do so much better.
