Bidrage med feedbackWhat a great vegan place! I got my caramel cookie dough milkshake SO MUCH. It was honest heaven. I also have a club sandwich, it was great!! I couldn't resist the vegan cupcake either. The service was great and if I lived here, I would be here at least once a week! I'm here a few times now, and the food is also excellent. As the area around her recovers, I'm sure Strong Hearts will become even more popular, but it was pretty busy all the times we were there. A Syracuse has to go.
Best option for vegan take out in CNY. SH on the Hill, like the cafe, has a fast casual vegan menu that includes milkshakes, wraps, salads, soup, and more. Smoothies are available at this location, and there are some healthy options on the menu like the quinoa or veggie wraps. The buffalo kale salad is highly recommended, and my favorite thing on the menu. For those seeking delicious grub that isn 't the rabbit food definition of veganism, the vegan wings can 't be beat! The beyond burger specials are always delicious too. For first timers, mall parking can be limited, but there is nearby street parking. The mall is an easy walk from the campuses, and there is also a bike route. Unlike the cafe, there is no seating inside the restaurant. Instead, it 's mall seating upstairs.
I give Strong Hearts on the Hill 4 stars for trying. It is hard to find vegan food around. However, I found my meal very brown and I prefer my diet to be the color of the rainbow. I was glad to find some place to eat and appreciate their mission. I was a little let down by the service and selection (I'd been hoping for the noodle soup), but overall, I'd go back if I go return to Syracuse any time soon and can't find anywhere else that has vegan on the menu.
I 'm not at all vegan or gf, but I enjoy SHotH for its delicious, healthy options. I suggest trying the Sweet and Sassy Tofu wrap (or salad) along with the Green Machine smoothie. I have never had a meal here I didn 't enjoy, however the food is pricier than the lower-quality options you can get next door. My biggest pet peeve about this location is the cramped waiting area when there are multiple groups waiting for food from both the smoothie serving spot and the food serving spot. Particularly in the 6 ft apart COVID era, people are routinely asked to wait outside for a text because the area fills so quickly. It 's nice to know they are doing their part to keep everyone safe, though.
Great food and good service. Love both locations and their State Fair venue. Have shared their place with many my non-vegetarian friends and they all love SH too! I think a few converters!
