Dunkin' - Syracuse

This was the second time this happened, so I cannot let it go. I wish there was a 0 rating for service. I walked in to buy a cup of coffee stood 2nd in line for 5 minutes at the counter. Was never looked at or asked for my order. 4 employees running around filling orders from the app or door dash. There are about 8 of those customers standing around also.. This is not progress people, this is chaos. When a person standing at the counter for 5 minutes can't get an order taken because the app and doordash are taking precedence, it's time to walk out which I did. I don't blame the employees. But this is a ridiculous business model.

Regular dunkin, nothing too special. Visit for caffeine fuel and caloric fuel! America apparently runs on Dunkin!

Dunkin? without a drive thru. Very odd. Definitely not the best place to go for a quick run in your car. Nice staff though.
