Patel Brothers - Suwanee

The lowest-quality Indian store in Suwanee. I bought two boxes of sweets: the milk sweets had burnt smell, and the mysorepak had visible black spots indicating spoilage. Additionally, the SWAD chickpeas were infested with bugs.

I visited store for Ganesh Idol, lots of variety available.Grocery shopping is not department, my husband does it. We get almost all Indian groceries from here. Quality of products and organization is up to the mark. Clean and maintained store. Staff is always refilling the shelves to keep everything available. Multiple check out stations, so never much waiting in spite of having so much crowded store.We get fresh cooked food from kitchen- Alpo vada and Samosa are out favorite. Freshly made chapatis from here are incomparable.

Most of the Indian groceries are available. But lately they have reduced outside brands and are stacking them with in house brands. So preferred food brands are missing from shelves in some food products.

Why do we have to wait 30-40mins to get few snacks when they can easily put additional person to reduce wait time or separate long wait items from readily available shelf items, there can be very very simple solution to manage it. No one seems to care from store seeing those long queues. Frustrating experience.
