My Friend Vietnamese Restaurant

Just out for a "feed' in the north of Canberra and have not been to Watson for years.We weren't fussy and it was not an occasion. Well there it was, another Asian restaurant.It was on a Tuesday evening and there was only one other table. Mind you they had quite a few take aways. When we glanced across to their table and saw a great stir fried veggie dish we asked them what that was on the menu....after a small chit chat we ordered the same as they had as they recommended all the dishes they just ordered. IT WAS **** BEAUTIFUL and the stir fried veggies were the best I have ever eaten in a Asian Restaurant, highly recommendable, you can give Dickson a missas you will be back to Watson...we sure will be!

We found this great little place by accident, as we were staying nearby. The food is excellent, freshly prepared, tasty and hot. The restaurant is very clean. The range of food is quite extensive and very reasonably priced. Would thoroughly recommend.

Ate here a couple of times, its ok...not the best Vietnamese option especially since Dickson is right down the street. The service is a bit lack luster, they dont seem interested in actually serving you...odd right?!

We only discovered this restaurant when looking for Asian takeaway near Watson. This is an excellent business, serving a wide range of Asian foods, not just Vietnamese. Their servings are generous and excellent value for money. I telephoned to order takeaway two nights in a row, advising a pick up time and each time my order was absolutely ready when I arrived. I wish this restaurant was available back home, so we wouldn't have to wait for the next time we're in Canberra. I'm glad this restaurant is in the Watson Shops and not in Phillip's Asian restaurant precinct as parking is much easier at Watson.

Food very fresh and tasty, quick service, very clean restaurant, staff are friendly, we had both entry and mains would be back for more for sure- very enjoyable.
