Bidrage med feedbackOccupied! sometimes there is no waiting time, but this situation is so good, they have to wait in the line. when they go in, they don't park in front so they won't be blocked by cars in the line waiting for the drive thru.
Usually when I've been to this location in the past, order was perfect. Today, they handed me a frosty no lid.. okay I can deal. Then no pickles were on my burger? Did pickles suddenly get expensive or some break in the supply chain? Also, no receipt. I scan those for app rewards. It's the little things that drive you nuts.
As much as I love Wendy 's as a chain, the service and quality of this particular Wendy 's is below it 's standards of quality. For the past few weeks I 've been stopping by regularly for food after work. Every time I 've ordered from the drive thru the employee 's repeatedly ask, anything else? In a condescending tone after every item ordered, without giving the customer time to actually list their full order. When we eventually get our order there is usually things like straws or other condiments missing from the bags.On another occasion I stopped by and went inside the building to order some food for my family. I was in the lobby looking at the menu and on the phone with my family to see what they wanted me to bring back, the cashier was rudely trying to ask me what I wanted while I was occupied on the phone. Some of the employee 's that day were very rude, clearly agitated from another order coming in through the drive thru, very unprofessional overall.Today was the literal last straw however, we ordered 2 cheeseburgers only ketchup and 2 small drinks. When we got our food they handed us the frosty cups with soda in them, clearly a kid 's cup. We asked if they were small and the drive thru employee responded with, Idk why they keep sizing it and we didn 't receive our straws.Overall, I 'm very disappointed in this restaurant, it 's service and professionalism. There are other Wendy 's locations that exceed the standard. The food here is okay, but you 'll have better experiences elsewhere.
I will never go back to this location again. I understand I placed my order at a busy time but this is just unacceptable. I placed my order on the mobile app at 719 to be ready asap. I went inside and sat down and waited. At 733 my name was removed from the screen and my order was ready so I went up and it wasn 't and it wasn 't ever being prepared. At 735 I talked to the manager and his response was there 's nothing I can do we 're short . But that 's not the thing that really bothered me. In the 16 minutes I waited the cashier had time to shake his friends hand, talk to him about starting school tomorrow, make him a free frozen drink, yell across the store that he 's trying to get off early , and then go back and ask the manager if he could leave. All I order 3 frostys and I think that he could have poured 3 frostys in that amount of time but maybe I 'm wrong. The real question is if you 're short staffed why are YOU letting YOUR EMPLOYEES leave early.
Will be contacting corporate over their food handling. Been back and forth in the bathroom with my child because of the baconator fries. This is horrible. I'm not expecting anyone to be wild about working in fast food, but the least y'all can do is take the proper precautions to keep people from getting sick.
