Daddy Mac's Beach Grille - Surf City

The big waiter did a fantastic job that takes care of our needs! The fried four combination seafood dish was delicious! The only article NOT good was the little scallops! The scallops were disgusting and should be avoided! Overall we had an excellent experience in this restaurant. ?

An absolute must go when you visit the island Surf City/Topsail. DELICIOUS and half! We have them to our wedding 11 years ago at the visitor center next door, amazing dinner, a top wedding dinner of all times for many of our guests, they have been raved for years as great it was, a friend went back for fourth... I'm just saying. Dinners are incredibly large, tasteful, varied, lunch was also great! Two weeks ago in a week's vacation because we couldn't get enough. Back deck is awesome to eat directly on the beach. Settings, food, owners and all employees working here are fabulously fantastic. I'd go once a week if I lived closer.

So far, this is the best place to eat down here. You know how to run a restaurant. The staff is amazing and the owner is very friendly and actually involved!! Love it! The fried oysters are the bomb!! The lava flow.... what an amazing surprise. Your mouth!!! Was like desert before meal!!! Got to get another one! Ordnete the special, the swordfish was covered with steamed shrimps and crabs... WOW!!!! DELICIOUS My wife ordered another special steak with steamed shrimps and a Crab Cake... The steak was very delicate, would have used a bit more spices to my taste. nothing a little salt did not care... and unnecessary to say, my wife gave me only a bite of her crab cake LOL!!! This place is really a treat compared to the others I was in the area. Be ready to spend something to enjoy it.

Amazing! In about 530 on a party of 2, 30 min wait no problem. On the terrace enjoyed a delicious mojito and was called out on our table in 15 minutes. Our server Nathan was so polite and competent. Menu was excellent, nice portions for a very favorable price. Also tasteful. Excellent experience.

Awesome Food with top notch service! We have dined at this restaurant several times and always left satisfied. The owner and staff are very personal. Some of our favorites are: fried green tomatoes (try it, it's so good!!! Crab dip, crab cakes, and shrimp and grits.
