Gino's Pizza Spaghetti House

Why does food quality suck here in Summersville while the Gino's in Fayetteville is great? The pizza is literally cardboard compared to having actual bread on the pizza.

I was so disappointed. I have always loved Gino's. Tonight when I called in my order around 11pm the woman who answered was talking so fast I didn't hear what she said and when asked to repeat it she got hateful and rude. And the salad was supposed to be a house salad it had a big bowl of lettuce with four pieces of tomatoes, one slice of green pepper and two slices of onion. Then when we picked the food that same woman was on counter and was so hateful. I understand we all have bad days. I think you all could have done a lot better with the service, food and especially customer service lessons. If you don't have customers you don't have a job. We actually ate a Biscut World. They are both at the same building and share the dining space. We had a small tater breakfast, and my wufe had an omlet. Great people and food! Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
