Stoked Embers Wood Fired Pizza Ltd.

This lovely pizza truck with the friendly staff was perfect after an afternoon of wine tasting. They were located at the Blasted Church winery and after a good tasting we took our glasses outside and enjoyed a 12" thin curst pizza overlooking the winery and lake. They were able to let us order half and half flavours so it was a perfect amount to share. Probably one of the best pizza's I've ever had ever, not just from a food truck. Give these friendly guys a try if you're in the area. Their cute lil puppy was also a hit with the guests.

I usually find thin crust pizza to crispy and dry. We had the beef sausage 12" the crust was very well done just enough crunchy but not over cooked really enjoyed it.

Visiting one of my favourite wineries in Okanagan Falls, "The Blasted Church" I was surprised to see a mobile pizzeria, Stoked Embers Wood Fire Pizza in the parking lot.Being lunchtime and hungry my husband and I decide to order the spinach pizza, though we weren't expecting much. How wrong we were. The pizza has to be one of the best we've had, made from scratch, with all fresh ingredients. The crust was exceptionally tasty. It was so good we ordered another 3 for our family who was to join us. This is a must if you're in the area.

Fresh, local, hand tossed wood fired pizzas are not something that I would usually write about but this professional food truck is making them great! Parked close to the beach, by the SS Sicamous Stern Wheeler, the fresh ingredients add to the overall taste of the pizza. It is a great little pit stop if you want a snack or a personal size pizza for lunch of dinner. The truck roasted chicken breast, spicy capicola ham, banana peppers and fresh carved pineapple was my personal favorite. The truck has cocktail tables set up for you to use. Each table has its very own basil plant there for the picking. Our kids loved the ability to add fresh picked basil to their pizzas, which changed the overall taste. I recommend grabbing one to go and sit on the beach for a fantastic view.

I usually like the A&W restaurantsGood Burgers! But this particular location at 194 King Wis very unusual for an A&W.
